Refund and Returns Policy

Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If something goes wrong, we will make it right — quickly and without hassle.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of research compounds and for quality control and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened vials. However, we will issue a full replacement or refund in the following situations:

  • Your order arrived damaged or broken
  • You received the wrong product or quantity
  • Your order was lost in transit and not delivered
  • The product seal was compromised upon arrival

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact us at support@peptidesilver.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a description of the issue
  3. Attach photos of any damaged or incorrect items
  4. We will respond within 1 business day with next steps

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Replacements are shipped the next business day after approval.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if requested before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please follow the refund process above upon delivery if needed.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Opened or used vials (unless product quality is in question)
  • Orders refused at delivery without prior arrangement
  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
